Ulf Gedamke has more than 20 years of successful experience in various senior management functions in the field of major international banks, international airlines as well as in aviation advisory. Thomas Leidenberger has been successfully implementing corporate finance, project and asset finance with a focus on the aviation sector for more than 25 years and has many years of experience in asset management, restructuring and remarketing of aircraft.

Prior to joining 360AF, Thomas was responsible for Alternative Investments at Hannover Leasing, where he structured aircraft funds (both debt and equity) for private and institutional investors.

Before, Thomas built up LBBW's aircraft finance business as Head of Structured Finance and managed this and other asset classes for almost 15 years. There, he was responsible for a portfolio of approximately EUR 15 billion.

The business graduate started his professional career at KfW IPEX where he structured international export and project finance for 9 years - including a two-year secondment to the German Ministry for Economic Affairs where he decided on all Hermes guarantees for Airbus.

Thomas has numerous personal contacts at international banks, airlines and aircraft leasing companies.

Peter Smeets is an admitted attorney at the law firm Bruski Smeets & Lange Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft. He has extensive expertise in the areas of Aviation and Aircraft & Structured Finance. Peter Smeets is qualified as a business manager of a credit institution by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and is also the founder and CEO of 360 Aircraft Finance GmbH in Frankfurt am Main.

Founded in 2018, 360 Aircraft Finance GmbH (360AF) under the leadership of Peter Smeets has established itself as a specialized consulting boutique for aviation corporate finance and for aircraft asset management services for professional investors, airlines and banking institutions.

Peter Smeets studied law at the Universities of Constance and Frankfurt am Main and received his doctorate from the University of Constance in the area of aviation finance. After completing his studies, he started his career in 1995 at the renowned law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. In early 2001, he founded his own law firm, Smeets Haas Wolff, which merged with the major international law firm Paul Hastings in 2008. From 2008 to 2015, Peter Smeets was head of Paul Hastings' Frankfurt office and a member of the firm's global management committee. In 2016, he founded the current law firm Bruski Smeets & Lange, and since 2018, the advisory approach has expanded entrepreneurially via 360AF to all relevant fields in aviation & aircraft finance as well as legal restructuring consulting.
