Jan-Hendrik looks back on 25 years of structuring, executing and managing complex financing transactions enabling companies across the globe to implement their growth strategies or to realign their business models.
Before joining 360AF, Jan-Hendrik was a corporate finance consultant to a number of international and German domestic corporations, as well as managing partner and advisor to several start-up companies.
Prior to this, he spent 20 years in investment banking, with senior roles at Deutsche Bank, Dresdner Kleinwort and Barclays. During an 11-year career with Barclays in London, Jan-Hendrik led the Structured Equity-Linked Financing business globally and was a member of the Bank’s Equity & Funds Structured Markets Global Operating Committee. He has assessed >1,000 structured corporate finance and special situations transactions from every corner of the world, executing over 200 deals with a total cash outlay of >$15 billion.
Jan-Hendrik graduated with distinction in Corporate Finance, Banking and Public Finance from the University RWTH in Aachen, Germany. Based in Munich, he is a keen cyclist, who enjoys travel, politics and history. Jan-Hendrik is also a holder of a private pilot license.
